shipping & delivery policy
We endeavour to ship or dispatch with the same day of receiving your order. UK customers should allow 1 - 3 working days to receive their packages. Shipping will be arranged as tracked standard delivery using RoyalMail.
International orders can be arranged and shipped with our external couriers. Please arrange separately by contacting us via email. Prices will be calculated and presented to customers over email including duty and customs charges per destination.
For returns, shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed - only the product cost of authorised and confirmed returns is refunded.
Unfortunately due to safety and hygiene reasons, we can not accept refunds/exchanges on lashes that have either been opened or used. We also can not accept refunds/exchanges on any items that are unwanted or a change of mind situation.
Please note: all lashes are handmade, therefore each one will be slightly different. This is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our manufacturer.
If you receive the items and it appears faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your package. Refunds will apply depending on circumstances, which are dealt on an individual basis. A refund will be issued after you have provided us with photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item(s), along with your original order number. Please ensure the photograph is clear enough so that we can make an accurate assessment.
