Q. How long do orders take to arrive?
A. Please allow 1-3 working days (after the day of dispatch). If your order has not arrived within five working days however, please contact us so that we can assist you further.
Q. How do I use my Lashes?

Carefully remove lashes from the tray using a lash tweezer

Measure the lashes next to your lash line to check fit.

Trim lashes to the length required to fit your eye comfortably.

Apply a coating of lash adhesive to the lash band, wait until adhesive is tacky.

Place the lashes slightly above your natural lashes.

Q. How does the order process work?
A. Simply browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your basket. Once you've finished browsing click on your cart then click "checkout". You should then follow the on-screen instructions and enter the information requested such as your postal address.
Q. Will my order be subject to import taxes and duties?
A. Typically customers ordering from inside the EU will not incur any taxes or duties on their shipments. Customers based outside of the EU and UK may incur import taxes and charges - please check with your local customs body for further clarification.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. For our UK customers, we accept a range of payment methods including all major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Our international customers have a number of payment methods available, the exact payment methods available to you will depend on your location.
Q. Can I get a VAT invoice?
A. Yes, a VAT invoice is included with all orders as standard. If for any reason you cannot locate the VAT invoice, or if you'd like a copy invoice, please contact us and we will email one to you. International orders may not be supplied with a VAT invoice, however, the relevant invoice will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Q. When will my order be posted?
A. If you order before 5PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted the same day. If you order after 5PM Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on the next working day. Payment for your order must be cleared before 5PM otherwise your order will not be posted.
